BARRE

Cori Rice and Beth Provencher received their certification in the Barre Intensity fitness method in Milford, Michigan with Master Barre Instructor Elyssa Sardy. Not to be confused with ballet or yoga, Barre Intensity is functional fitness training, combining low impact intense strength and cardio training using free weights, mats and of course the barre, to transform the body into a balanced one of equal strength, form and function. With upbeat music and motivational instruction it is a great workout, both fun and challenging.

 

Packages:

10 Classes - $150 (expires in 4 months)

5 Classes - $80 (expires in 4 months)

Walk Ins - $20 per class

Unlimited Classes - 1 month $120, 2 months $200 (must be purchased the 1st of the month)

BARRE INTENSITY

combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count.
