Monday 10:00 AM Beginning Yoga - In this class we begin with breath work and a gentle warmup then stretching and strengthening
with traditional yoga poses in an easy flowing vinyasa.
Wednesday 8:30 AM YogaFlow - The YogaFlow class begins with breath work and stretching as we prepare for more challenging flowing vinyasa, moving from one yoga pose into the next, generating energy and heat, gradually sustaining longer holds working on balance, flexibility and strength.
Friday 8:30 AM Wall Yoga/ YogaFlow - We begin with yoga on the wall, an easy inversion which energizes the body and helps to focus on the breath preparing for a moderate YogaFlow class.
